   Visited for the first time last night with friends and it was absolutely brilliant! The food was excellent, the cocktails were lovely, and the staff were simply the best — going above and beyond to look after us. A special thank you to the team for being so kind and patient with three giggly (and perhaps slightly over-Cremant!) middle-aged women. We had such a fun evening and will definitely be back soon!

   This is a great upmarket pub restaurant, you can eat in the bar area or upstairs, lovely decor throughout, great service, good bar with good selection of drinks. The food is really good, well presented to a high standard.

   Came here for a 50th birthday meal. Staff were very polite and went above and beyond to deal with a missing ingredient. Ambiance of the pub was very cosy and welcoming. Bit pricey but for a special occasion and good food it was a lovely place to celebrate. Portion sizes were very good and we all felt very full afterwards! Both toilets and pub were very clean

   It's always difficult going out for a meal with my dad, since he had dementia, ordering or even eating is not straight forward anymore. However, the staff here were very helpful and welcoming. They also explained that could fit me in but they needed the table back by two which is good and honest, but accommodating.

   I’ve been a regular here for several years and have never left a review but the food and service yesterday was outstanding and I just had to write this. Cannot recommend the staff and food highly enough! Even in such a busy period at Christmas food was served hot and on time, with drinks being served straight away. Food is always delicious, the staff are always friendly and professional. Victoria and James work so hard as do all the staff and always have a smile on their face. Yesterday was super busy with large parties in for their Christmas do, but the team worked like a dream and nothing is too much for them. Congratulations and super well done to you all!
