We had a fantastic experience at Full House. The highlights were particularly good Chinese food (the pork belly was fantastic) and very friendly staff. I’d definitely go back!

If you want authentic Chinese food, this definitely the place to go including the service style. The food is quite good and keep going back many times.
Great place to meet family and friends who like authentic Chinese food. The restaurant offers dishes from Hunan Provence in China. Really spicy and strong flavours. I went with a big group of friends. The person who ordered the food is from Hunan. Great experience if you love spice food that's different to your local Chinese takeaway. Talk to the staff when ordering if you can't have hot dishes.
Came here for dinner with the family and first you have to realise that there are 2 menus. 1 menu is the more normal Chinese that you would expect in most Chinese restaurants and the other menu is with dishes that are more familiar to mainland China. The normal Chinese dishes were good, nothing special but the kids enjoyed it and left full and satisfied The more traditional Chinese food was very spicy but really really good. It uses the peppercorns a fair amount so slightly mouth numbing but much more subtle that other Sichuan restaurants and easy to pick them out of your don't like them. But these dishes aren't for everyone's taste. Depending on which menu you order from will massively change your perspective of the food and whether you enjoy it or not.
The waiters were really rude and kept laughing at and talking behind the customer's backs. Asked if we could have the leftovers packed, they weren't happy with the ask and on top of charging us 50p for a flimsy plastic box, they made us pack the food ourselves. The service was extremely bad, the servers rude, but the food was good !
I recently had the pleasure of dining at "聚湘缘" and I must say that it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was beautifully appointed, with traditional Chinese touches throughout the space. The tables were well spaced out, giving a feeling of privacy and intimacy. The service at "聚湘缘" was impeccable. Our waiter, a kind and professional woman, made sure that we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions we had about the menu. While she did not make recommendations for us, we were able to easily choose dishes ourselves from the wide variety of options on the menu. But the real star of the show at "聚湘缘" was the food. From the moment the dishes started arriving at our table, it was clear that we were in for a treat. Each dish was beautifully presented, with vibrant colours and appetising aromas. The flavours were bold and authentic, with a perfect balance of spices and seasonings. We tried several dishes, including the "干锅肥肠," a savoury and spicy dish with braised pork intestines and vegetables, the "海带排骨汤," a nourishing and hearty soup with braised pork ribs and kelp, and the "金银馒头," a classic Chinese snack of steamed buns with a sweet and savoury filling. Every single dish was absolutely delicious and satisfying. Overall, my experience at "聚湘缘" was truly exceptional. From the wonderful service to the delicious food, everything about this restaurant exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend "聚湘缘" to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Chinese cuisine or just looking for a new place to try, you won't be disappointed by the quality and flavours offered at this restaurant.
Was a little worried when I was handed the menu. Food seemed very 'authentic' especially when I saw things like stewed frog on there. Had crispy chilli beef as it's one of my favourites and I can honestly say it was one of the best I'd ever tried. In fact the whole meal was very impressive and reasonably priced. Would definitely eat there again.
