   Waited an hour and a half. Food arrived cold. £8 for 2 meat kebab with barely anything on it., chops and donner naan Red donner meat????? Very disappointed. Not the first time this has haplenend. Got pics but dont know how to put on

   Guys I really would not waste your time and money on this place , we orderd tonight and waited over a hour for it to come to only receive our food fridge cold and the chicken to be pink as you can get! The portions are tiny for the price your paying also Won’t be bothering again it’s not good at all

   After my last complaint the manager rang me grovelling to remove my review and try them again, so I did. But after tonight this review will not be removed by myself I placed an order and after 2 hours for one small order less than £10 I rang up asking where it was and they accused me of lying that I haven't placed an order and to prove it. So I did and showed them the emails. Got a refund, but no extra for me to travel out of my way again. Definitely will not be using again this time no matter what is said to me on the phone.

   Was recommended this place by a family member and heard others raving about the place….We placed our first order and it was really good…so we placed a couple more….until tonight. 10:30pm we ordered…15 minutes later gets a phone call saying they only have one chicken piece for the rest of the night but they can send me more chips out? I ordered one value box and 2 chicken and chips… why would I want so much chips?!! Anyways I explained it’s okay we will just have our money back….he hung up on me…in a rage I contacted the dine with us customer support then I thought no I will ring back…spoke to the manager and he was adamant to not cancel my order he can get it me in 20…(it was 35 minutes later so a total of nearly an hour by the time we had it) after being forced into receiving food we didn’t want any more as he over spoke me talking to my fella asking to leave it which he said too…he said I’ll get it sent out…as he’s getting chicken now from somewhere else?! God knows where from…it was COLD, WET and A SOGGY MESS AND LOOKS LIKE SOMEONES HAD A BITE OF THE CHCIKEN…just look at the picture attached…where’s has it gone?? The reason we ordered was because of the great chicken!? I’ve ate a tiny bit of lettuce and onion and left the rest…genuinely feel sick and won’t be returning….still feel like I’m owed my refund that was asked for twice!!!!

   Waited ages for food one kebab ok the other one stone cold and tasted wrong, rang the shop said they would get a replacement out, still waiting 50 minutes later for a doner kebab, ridiculous, I work for a food company and if anything is wrong or missing then they are a priority to get it right and out asap, shame all other orders were ok

   If I could give more stars I absolutely would! Food is always hot , good quality and tastes amazing ! Always arrives quickly . One thing I will say I once put on to knock on window because sleeping baby and they have done it automatically every single time! Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend
