   Had a very nice sausage roll for a stater, it had black pudding and the date sauce was lovely and paired well. The turkey dinner was really good, the potatoes were very crispy and the turkey wasn’t dry at all and stuffed with a good stuffing. The Christmas pudding was nice but absolutely tiny portion even by restaurant standards. They were having an upstairs party and the bass or whatever you call it was heard repeatedly so somewhat annoying when having a dinner.

   We were a group of 17 celebrating a Christmas dinner. First we went to the bar enjoyed drinks that was nicely made by the dedicated bar team, and when the table was ready we will sat down. The dinner was pre-booked so we didn't look at the menus again. Starters were served quickly the plates looked beautiful and the food was tasty. We had enough time to enjoy your starters and when we all finished the waiters had cleared the table. Not long after the mains were served me and my partner enjoyed a steak that was done beautifully. I recommend the place.

   If you are looking for a Sunday lunch with a choice of meat or veg options, giant yorkshires, crispy roast potatoes, plenty of gravy cauliflower cheese and a great selection of veg….this is your place. I have visited corner 5 many times for lunch and dinner, today on a Sunday and I am devastated I have missed out on so many Sundays now I’ve been once. It was delicious. And we were treated to some very skilled wake boarders doing tricks too.

   Came here for a Work Christmas dinner. It was my first time coming here, it is beautiful decorated with Christmas-themed items and trees and the place itself has a very nice and peaceful ambience. We had ordered all our meals weeks in advance from the Christmas menu. They had plenty of options and you can choose from 2 courses or 3 courses. To pre-book a table in advance, it was £10 per person, but this gets deducted from the final bill. The food was delicious and although the portions don’t look big, the meals were very heavy. Well worth the money and I would definitely come here again in the summer time so that I can see more of the view of Box End Park. There is also plenty of parking on the premises which is free.

   Wanted to take my wife somewhere different to celebrate her birthday and this was perfect. Amazing setting in a beautiful building. Food was of a high standard and I must say the staff were lovely. We sat looking out onto the lakes watching the comerants and moorhens diving, even a kingfisher bobbing about. Definitely going back for Sunday roast soon and drinks by the lake in summer.

   So we have been married for 4 years and without fail we will go back to our wedding reception location, Box End Park, Corner 5 restaurant every year to celebrate not only our wedding but the birth of our two children and our birthdays all withing 2 months.. Never ever do the staff and food let you down. We had beer, wine, champagne, fizzy juice, beautiful starters, mains and desserts and to be honest nowhere in Bedfordshire would provide a better setting with the lake and sun set. We have two children under 3 years old so we don't get out much. But Corner 5 restaurant really go the extra mile to make you happy. We have had our wedding reception and 30th birthday parties here in the main function room, as well as meals out and we have never, ever been anything but overjoyed by the level of attention to detail and beautiful food. If you want the best experience speak to Adrian and his wonderful team. Thanks again guys, Jess and I couldn't speak high enough of your staff, food and loyalty x
