   Having moved out of the area a couple of years ago and The Royal Ghurka, being a firm favourite before leaving. When we comeback to visit, this is the only place we insist on visiting. I have brought family, dined on my own and as a couple. Nothing is too much bother for any of the workers here, all so polite and the service is always very good even if they are full - which often happens. It’s one of the things we miss about Bedford.

   Its my go to place in bedford. Not a vast menu but all very good with some nepalese dishes not seen much elsewhere. Starters tend to be generous so go easy on the side dishes. Staff very well trained and there a lot of them so service is good. All run with military prescision which is to be expected.

   Tasty food and extensive selection of menu options. We had the momos and lamb chops to start which were both very nice. For mains, we tried the butter chicken, lamb shank and prawn makhani - all the curries were very nice. Also recommend the naan was also soft and pillowy.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Royal Gurkha and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was top-notch and our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. The food itself was simply amazing. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and the flavors were bold and beautifully balanced. The presentation of the dishes was also noteworthy – it was clear that great care and attention was put into every plate. Overall, I highly recommend Royal Gurkha to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. I will definitely be returning in the future!

   Amazing food and service here, a fantastic evening spent and definitely an experience I will repeat. The food is high quality, well presented and superbly tasty.. can't wait to try more house specialities next time. Waiting staff are attentive and helpful, and are willing to accommodate any dietary requirements. Absolutely recommended.
