   Chaat Haus serves the most wonderful food. The taste is exceptional. Quite possibly the best currys and accompaniments I have ever had. The starters are to die for! The service was amazing despite the restaurant being busy with some big tables. So attentive and helpful and the staff were intelligently able to discuss the menu and the dishes being served. If I could give more stars I would.

   Can genuinely say this was the best food I've ever eaten. Phenomenal meal. Spinach and kale chaat was a flavour explosion! None of the food felt heavy unlike some curry houses, it all tasted clean and fresh. Can't fault the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, or the pretty decor. Will definitely be back!!

   Have been going here for a few years now. The staff are great, the food is excellent - very different to your "standard Indian" A great selection of food and i love the lassi! Last time we visited the only negative was that it was quite loud but that's just because it was full and busy. Still one of my favourite restaurants in Bedford

   Really lovely place, obviously very popular so I would recommend booking. We visited on a Saturday evening and enjoyed items from the amazing Vegan menu. They were presented beautifully, and tasted wonderful. The only very slight draw backs were that because it was busy, there was a queue for the toilet a couple of times. Also, the more intimate style of the restaurant does mean it can feel a little loud. We cannot wait to go back!

   What a delight. My Mother, Sister and I had a lovely evening here. The staff are so friendly, informative and respect your space. The food is delicious with a well thought through great menu for all vegan, pescatarians, vegetarians etc. The staff know and explain the dishes very well if needed. The place has a lovely ambiance. What an absolute pleasure and shall definitely return. Thankyou

   This restaurant was satisfying in so many ways. First of all, the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The decoration of the restaurant is very tasteful and sets the tone perfectly. The food, oh my goodness! the food. Everything our group of three had was beyond perfect (we all had a taste of each other's food). Everything was, of course, fresh and cooked to perfection. The dishes and flavours were amazing and came from several regions. Prices were very reasonable and I would happily have paid more for this quality of food and service.

   Having recently read excellent reviews on TripAdvisor and Google reviews about the newly launched Chaat Haus on the Broadway, I felt that I needed to experience the food, service and overall ambiance for myself. I asked myself the question was Chaat Haus just another over hyped Indian restaurant? Well the answer to my question is a resounding no! Chaat Haus certainly delivers in both flavour and service. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere which provides a great buzz for a newly launched restaurant. The service is prompt and attentive, and we didn't have to wait long for our poppadoms and starters, which were delicious. I had the Bengal fish fries (whitebait) for my starter which were lightly dusted with just the right balance of spices. I highly recommend you try, if you like fish. The lemon curry aioli is the perfect accompaniment for this tasty starter. My friend ordered the Machurian chicken, which had just the right balance of sweet and sour flavours. For my main course I ordered the Sri Lanken mixed seafood Kari which was excellent. Every piece of seafood was cooked perfectly which was accompanied by a rich coconut milk, tamarind sauce .This elevated the dish to another level. My friend ordered the lamb Mirchi Masala which was full of flavour and covered in a thick, rich velvety sweet and sour sauce. In my opinion the prices are very reasonable. This restaurant is a true hidden gem that won't stay hidden for long providing they continue these high standards of service and food. Thank you for a great meal.

   I have to say when I saw this Chaat Haus pop up in my feed I had to go and check it out as Bedford is seriously lacking some food places like this . I was hoping that I was not disappointed and Chaat Haus didn’t let me down. It just looked like a normal place from the outside but the second you walked in the ambience of the place excited me. The lighting, the decorations, and the attention to details was great. We are Vegetarian so was hoping there was a range of things we could eat and there was a separate Vegan menu. We ordered quite a few starters and I have to say they were very well presented and great value for money. The staff were nice , friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we got full on all the starters and didn’t get a chance to attack some main which means we will be back for sure to have some more . The taste of the food that we had was spot on and hit the mark on every dish the drinks were also very nice and refreshing , having gone for a mint lassi I was impressed. The gol guppa which is my fav dish generally were different and exciting very filling the only thing I would say is I think you need double the amount of pani (water) for each portion . First class place and is now my fav in Bedford. I will be sharing details of this place with everyone I know being a foodi from London this was very long overdue in Bedford. Also there is a paid parking next to place .Thank you guys.
