Terrible experience drove half an hour over to collect my order only to be told 10 minutes before I arrived that the order was unsuccessful and that they cancelled it. As we have literally just pulled up we saw that the entire building is being refurbed but yet they were still quite happy to take your money and process our order and leave us hanging about

I'm American here to visit family. I always come here cause it's close and delicious. Naan is great, lamb Naga, lamb Madras. Some of the sauces are a bit sweet but it seems most currys in the UK are sweeter than in the US. The only other thing is the spelling is off from what I know on the menu. I thought it was a UK thing but the grocery stores go by Panner not Poner. I asked for Basmati rice but he had never heard of it. Perhaps it's my accent. It's plain rice here.

Avoid like the plague! Order a chicken tikka masala, garlic rice and onion bhaji from them. When arrived I was welcomed by lake of grease and oil on top of the masala, and bhaji's soaked in oil! I had to dab the grease off of the masala and squeeze the grease from the bhaji's (see pictures), and it still isn't edible! I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. The first person told me the manager wasn't available. Then told me he was available. This person told me he was the boss, and then told me the manager was coming. The third person told me he was the manager and then passed me to the manager. Shocking! Finally when I spoke to the "manager" I was spoken to extremely rudely, and told that everything was perfect and nothing was wrong - the pictures prove otherwise. I was also told that a refund isn't possible as they're closing soon (still 1hr until closing time). There is a lot better Indian takeaways that this poor excuse of one.

A leaflet came through my door stating that Zeera deliver within a 10 miles radius, over a certain amount, with no delivery charge. I live within 10 miles of the restaurant. When I placed my order, there was a delivery charge added. I questioned the 'false advertising' issue and they told me 'don't bother ordering from us then'! Me, my family and friends haven't used their services since. Rude and misleading adverts.

This is one of the best indian meals I have ever had, incredibly fragrant and tasty and not over powering in heat. Well done to the Chefs and staff. Delivered straight to the door within 30 minutes of the phone order when a 1 hour time to delivery was given. 10 /10. The meals ordered were Chicken Tikka bhuna and the Sizzler Special. Excellent with Thanks

Finally got around to giving Zeera a try and wish I'd tried it sooner. The food was excellent, easily restaurant quality and better than any I've had before. The staff are friendly and happy to recommend dishes if you're not sure, they were spot on for me. Prices are also excellent. The food was so hot when it arrived that there was no need to rush to eat it before it got cold. It's a shame they only do take out as I would happily go there to eat. If I could afford to, I would probably never cook again and just eat from here. Excellent all round!
