   By far the worst McDonalds that I use. There’s always something missing or it’s freezing cold/tastes old. Tonight they missed my burger. £36 for my meal to be chips & a drink. Can’t even count how many straws they need, send 2 for 3 drinks - they usually forget so I suppose they’re improving in the slightest. It’s really not hard to count straws and read an order off a screen is it? I suppose it is when your ethos is to employ as many children as you can to keep overheads low. Nothing worse than paying for a service and not getting one! Every single time there’s an issue with this McDonalds.

   disgusting service. cant contact anyone to resolve anything when they have their lines off the ringer!!! and uber drivers cant say anything to help. none off the apps have any help either! wont ever be using this place again. fuming with all involved!

   Everytime i order from here the chips dont seem to be cooked properly and the drinks are always flat and watery. Like they leave the drinks made on the counter for a long time or dont change the syrup in the machines. When we go to the drive through we ALWAYS get sent to the waiting window and we get forgotten about half the time.

   Visited Weston Favell McDonald’s, ordered a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets for my 4 year old daughter but was given a cheeseburger instead. This is not just careless, it’s offensive, and against our religion and my little one couldn’t eat. Really upsetting and unacceptable. Staff must take more care, especially with children’s meals and religious needs.

   Had delivered completely the wrong order, no meals and wrong drinks driver tried to tell me it was correct. Finally got correct order half hour later than planned Stone Cold. If you can't get the order to people in a decent time frame and still hot why offer the service. This isn't the only time we've had issues when ordering with McDonald's

   I wouldn't say my order is complicated but it is definitely an unusual order. In almost every McDonald's I go too I always have to return my meal as there is always something wrong. This is the first McDonald's where my order was 100% correct. I always order extra lettuce and extra onions and in some stores they only give you a pinch extra, but here they very much give you extra lettuce and onions. Only complaint is the machine didn't print my receipt.

   Very poor quality and service. No bacon in burger and hot chocolate was brown water. Sent both back and after 3 people passed the burger around they opened it and put a small piece in and handed it back! Hot chocolate number 2 was the same as the first. No apology or even a smile. Restaurant was so cold the chips were cold in minutes! Staff chatting loud criticising each other, awful atmosphere. Dirty floors… McD what has happened the the standards that made you famous??

   BE CAREFUL WHAT THEY SERVE YOU. Just got handed a half drunk milkshake when collecting my order, you can see its been sitting there for ages so they are serving people old drinks. I am sure this is a mistake but they don't answer their phone so just check everything!

   I visit this location as little as possible since the order is wrong more often than right, wait times are ridiculous and the staff are completely indifferent. Since my car was charging nearby I walked in and ordered a meal plus two wraps. It took the team 23 minutes to prepare - hardly fast food.
