i always go in the drive through cause i cant be asked to eat inside and its bare busy anyway but also the drive through microphone is so bad lol it doesnt work properly but other than that everythings good
This is based on my personal experience at KFC Riverside. Most of the staff came across as quite rude, and when I asked for ice for my drink, I was told in a very dismissive way that they “don’t have ice.” I also ordered the Stranger Wings (3 pieces), paying extra compared to the normal wings, but it was really disappointing. What they show in the ads is nothing like what you actually receive. They just put a tiny bit of sauce on the wings—nowhere near enough to cover the three pieces—so it felt like a waste of money. Overall, not a good experience.
I asked Abdul, 3 minutes ago, what banquet box meals do they have, to which he replied that I’m confusing him, started shouting and using slangs and addressing me with “mate” multiple times. When asked at the counter what’s with the attitude, he started shouting even more. I decided not to order anything, and I will not order in the future.
Found a feather on my chicken at KFC Riverside Northampton. When I went to the counter to point it out, the staff member simply swapped out that one piece and handed me back the same bucket, without any apology or acknowledgment of the issue. Food quality and customer service weren’t taken seriously . The situation should have been handled with more care and professionalism.
Staff clearing orders off the system before they are completed, then forgetting what was ordered, so they have to go back through the list. This caused a delay to myself and other customers, I can only assume this is to hit performance targets. Otherwise friendly staff and good food.
disabled loo blocked with visable poo and loo paper just left when I told them, ladies locked, table loose and missing a bolt that attaches top to base, service well how very dare we darken their door, ask for salt got dirty look and it chucked onto tray. 2 piece meal had 2 very greasey drumsticks which is against their meal plans, staff clearly did not want to be there. throw in someone supposedly re varnishing outside seating with out sanding all clearly visible sharp edges on old varnish let alone removing it all. I love a kfc but not this one, wish had read other reviews before spending the hard earned there
I am going to give this KFC site 1⭐ because even the food was ready very quick, I ordered some ice-cream, paid for it and when I went to pick up the order they said they don't have it, suggested to swop the ice-cream with cookies and the person giving me cookies simply left without even checking if the cookies price matched with the ice-cream. When I asked for refund for the price difference I simply gave up, the price for 4 cookies wasn't even the advertised price, disappointing, frustrating and a waste of time ...
Food was cold, tiny chicken for the price. The chicken tasted as if it’s expired and been out for long. Overall experience is a shamble, the staff even looked like they were forced to work. No smile and very unfriendly, the floor looked like it ain’t been moped for a while. Summary: overpriced for the shambolic service. I will never come near again, I have been to other KFC with good food and superb service. This one is a no no no no no.
Unfriendly. Discovered that my order was only 50% correct when I got home L, this is not the first time this has happened. Kitchen looks unclean and full of items that should be stored elsewhere. Drinks machine overflowing all over counter.
Absolutely appalling cannot believe this is the second time the order has turned up dripping in grease and an absolute disgrace! Clearly the staff do not care about presentation or how the order is received by the customer, everything just thrown in the bag and half the order missing! How do you still have a business with these sloppy standards?? The only good thing I have to say is the driver from just eat was so ashamed and embarrassed even had to clean out his bag out, he couldn't apologise enough and it wasn't even his fault!
