Great food, was staying in a holiday cottage down the road and had 6 different families food orders to do and the guys separated everything out and labelled every bag, super service! Great quality fish and chips, gravy was really good. Highly recommend!

Used up be a great chippy for vegan and fish options, really fresh and great portions sizes..but the last few months the standard of food has really been poor and lately our order has been mixed up where the really stale tasting chips of different portions sizes were put with the wrong packaging - large fish with large chips and small chips with vegan option when we ordered the opposite and obvs couldn't share the chips as the vegan wouldn't want to have chips that are mixed with fish. Plus the large fish in tonight's order was appalling, it was literally two separate goujons. Total waste of money. Don't know if it's different staff but it's been an expensive let down. Will go elsewhere

The best chippy outside Scarborough for me ! I travel all the way from alderley edge to leek just to get fish and chips. Curry and peas are gorgeous as well. Insane value, used to get the 5 quid haddock deal but sadly no longer as prices have gone up but still reasonable compared to other rip off chippys trying to charge a tenner for cod. Love this place !

Delicious food and great service, ordered family meals on the website whilst leaving Alton Towers and food was ready spot on time to collect on way home. Website brilliantly simple to use and has all the level of personalisation you need (when the kids just want salt and no vinegar etc.!) with time slots for collection. Staff friendly and we ended up eating in as it's a nice place with plenty of seating and decent decor. Cod was delicious with perfect light batter, daughter loved the chunky chicken nuggets and chips, peas and gravy all yummy. Recommend a visit.

It's nice to see vegan options. I had the banana blossom, don't be put off by the look or the smell. It was not too bad, maybe a tad greasy. The chips and runny mushy peas were bloody lovely. Much better than normal mushy peas which are dry.

Really not good. The prices are outrageous and the chips were sometimes raw inside, which made me heave. Run by teenagers with zero customer service skills.

The chips here were good and the regular portion a good size. The salt and pepper squid was a bit of a mean portion with 4 tiny pieces for £3. Had I known there would be so few I would have had the scampi. The ones I had though, were very good. I'd definitely eat here again.

While the service was great and quite fast, the food just didn't live up. The chips were soggy and just tasted old. However the homemade fish cake was lovely!

What an amazing chippy. I have driven past this place for years but never stopped but tonight I thought I'd give it a go. What a lovely chippy. The chips were really really nice and the homemade fishcakes were the best eaten for a very long time. Definitely be stopping at this place again in the future.
