Came here for a meal. The menu is fantastic. Really good variety. High quality food. Enjoyed my mixed grill - so much meat! Staff are lovely and welcoming. Lovely cosy atmosphere here. Will visit again

Really nice food! And you get lots of it, excellent value for money! The service was a bit slow but we could see the staff were running around like mad , they were either busy or understaffed but they were trying their best, we would definitely come back here.

Very accommodating, went for a meal last minutes due to being the only pub near our campsite. Sat outside in the field adjacent the pub, bar staff were fantastic and super friendly, traipsing out with our food, which isn't a short distance. Served food till 9:30pm which was good for us as we had a long day hiking. This made the experience fantastic

Popped in for lunch on a Sunday and had gorgeous sandwiches with chips. The bar is timelessly quaint, warm and cosy and the food is excellent quality and value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Raddle and will definitely be returning.

Very disappointed today. Booked for four of my family who travelled 110 miles for Sunday dinner. A big German shepherd dog was brought in to a table nearby, it was not acceptable by us as we had specifically come out for dinner to be away from our own dog. Cutlery was dirty. Asked for a jug of water , had to ask for glasses .....what did the waitress think we would drink it from.? Four glasses were dirty, I imagine some fault of the dishwasher! We had to clean them with napkins . Steak pie was full of dried, overcooked hard meat...it wasn't edible. We were offered a free dessert instead. No thank you. Nothing they could do then. I asked for the meal cost to be taken off the bill. No, can't do that . !!! Eventually, they discounted by about £3. In general, the place is very tired, not very clean ie sticky table , what a shame as the area is nice overlooking fields but I definitely won't be coming to the Raddle Inn again.

We arrived at sunset so it was hard to assess the inn. It looked to be in a beautiful area with an amazing view of the surrounding land. On my walk into the inn I saw A large beer garden area, including some rather strange looking shelters that almost looked like Zorbs, a seated area with heat lamps, several log cabins (I assume for the pub's B&B) and an outdoor play area, including a slide and pool table. There were also 2 deflated bouncy castles in separate areas; when asked, a member of staff said they'd been deflated since the summer. The restaurant area was rather cramped but thankfully, no one was sat behind us. I ordered the chicken Madras special, which unfortunately was overcooked, including the naan bread and poppadom but did have a nice flavour. The fish, chips and salad dressing, however, were highly recommended by my Grandmother, which is a very rare occasion. Friendly customer service.
