    Been here a few times after ordering online and absolutely fantastic. I've had to call a couple of times just to change the pick up time. Food is always hot and good sized portions. I can't comment on delivery.

    After doing an online order with china garden werrington clearly stating allergy preferences they put egg in the rice even though we specifically asked for no egg..fair enough, we accepted that as a mistake so called to tell them and they said they would send a driver with a replacement, however to my frustration i was then called back by them to tell us that the chef had said there was no egg in the rice and questioned us as if we were wrong and made us feel like liars..whilst they were deliberating whether it was chef who was telling the truth or ourselves all the other food had gone cold so we called them back to come and pick up the food and refund our money..upon picking up the food to add insult to injury we were told it would be a five day wait to get our money back as we had paid by card, i asked the driver why i could not have cash so she phoned them up to ask, i was handed the phone and i suggested that as it was there mistake i felt i should be paid cash, i also informed her that i felt like i had been accused of lying at which point i could not get a word in edgeways once again making me feel like everything was my fault!!!.. all this over a simple mistake that could of been dealt with so much better..as we had recently moved to the area and our house was in a state of disorganisation we had over the last few months been having a few meals a week off them, it appears that repeat business is not important to them!!...bad customer service at its best!!

    Placed and order at 19.24 at 2030 the food arrived. On arrival the order was incorrect. Specific Instructions given on the online order for NO egg in the rice. There was however egg in the rice. Contacted the Chinese back explained there was egg in the rice, she stated she would send the driver with another rice with no egg, a few minutes later the Chinese lady then left a voicemail on my phone to state that her chef assured her there was no egg in the rice and the driver would come and collect it before they send another one. Contacted them back to explain they can come and fetch the rice as there is egg in it. 40 minutes later nobody arrived, contacted them again and told them to come and collect all the food as its all now freezing and they can refund the money. After another half and hour driver arrived to collect the food but with no refund, driver then contacted the Chinese to explain it was their fault, Chinese lady just shouting down the phone, also shouting to my partner on the phone, were told as we ordered online we would now have to wait 5 days for a refund. This from a Chinese who we have been having several deliveries a week from. Shocking attitude to customers and making accusations when they were clearly in the wrong. The times went on from 1924 until 2125. Pictures taken of the incorrect food and forwarded on to get the refund. Very rude and argumentative lady! Driver lady was very patient.

    Very tasty food, first time customer stopped after work and ordered in the ship, took about 10 minutes and when I got home (20mins) it was still piping hot. As for the food itself it was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely order from here again. So my experience 5 stars from me.

    A very disappointing meal this evening. £46 for a birthday meal - we had to wait 1 hrs 40 mins for the food to start with. The sweet and sour sauce was missing the sweet ingredient, it tasted of watered down vinegar. The crispy beef was way too chewy to enjoy. Nowhere near the usual standard we're used to.
