My husband bought me a fillet burger it was cold expensive no taste burger was bigger than fillet inside no sauce not going again

Have been taking food from them for a while now and trust me all their food on the menu is just right for ur taste.
Don’t get much for your money at all especially with the kebabs and the meat was dry and to top it off there was mold on the nan bread so it put my partner off and he binned it I definitely won’t be ordering again what a rip off and how disgusting

I really don't know what's happening. Had a bad experience a couple of months ago but thought it was one off. Been here for years yet over the last few months prices have increased quite a bit but service is dropping.Ordered some food (living less than a 1/3 of a mile away). Took 1hr 10 to arrive. One order requested just chicken drumsticks and we were told yes they are here. So it means one of the dishes was sat for at least an hour before delivered. Sorry guys but things really need to improve
We've been using taste of paradise for at least 15 years now and it's always brilliant. Fair and competitive prices for the area and the food is top notch, I think over the years I've had the majority of the meals on the menu! Very good 5* will still be going in years to come!
Don't know what's happened lately, had this takeaway for many years with no issues. The last few months have been touch and go so I've started going elsewhere. Tonights order ( on a Monday) was over an hour. I only live 500 metres away and some of the dishes were clearly old food. Such a shame. It was once a great place but something has changed.
