Coffee tasted stale, like it was old. Price over the odds for something so foul. Staff behind the counter were attentive and polite; however, A toxic pixie stalks the place harrassing customers like a miniature Basil Fawlty. Glad I didn't eat there as the couple on the next table were very unhappy and complaining about something. Won't return. I always choose local over Costa, but I'll not be handing my hard earned over in here again.

The phrase "could do better" may not seem very fair when describing Bojangles but, despite the best efforts of the staff, there is a little something missing. It is hard to put a finger on exactly what it is. Whilst the food is good without being inspiring, the portions are adequate but not generous. How the bistro would do in the face of greater competition would be interesting. Similar eating establishments are thin on the ground in Congleton and the need to close at four in the afternoon is a business opportunity missed. So too is not opening on Sunday. As a visitor, do not be put off going in when you see so few tables through the window. There are many more seats in the rear room. It is well worth popping in to Bojangles for anything from a coffee to a feast. Norman Dean

The food is served quick, presented beautifully and tastes perfect. Staff are welcoming and smiley. Atmosphere is relaxed, will definitely be there regular. 10/10

Today was my first only visit to Bojangles as I will not be going back. Food was OK but the service was shocking... No came to take our order, faces like thunder on the staff, told there was a wait on drinks as well as food, wasn't offered condiments or cutlery, no toilet roll and nothing to dry your hands on. Worse was that when I went to the loo the chef was swearing giving one of the staff a terrible telling off. It was a disgusting way to talk anyone nevermind when customers including children can here. Finally the place is tatty and dirty, you couldn't even call it carpet as it just looks like the backing! I would eat in here for lunch again nevermind an evening meal.
