Christmas day ..absolutely awful planning 1hr 10 mins not even been served our starter. Nowhere near enough staff. Food wasn't brilliant, average at best ....would I come again ...NO
One of the best takeaway meals I have ever had, delivery was very quick and food was piping hot and delicious.
Tried kingfisher for the first time today and was really happy with the food and service. Easily one of this nicest garlic naans I've ever had. Staff were lovely too.
Just been to the Kingfishr tonight for a meal. The food staff and atmosphere were fantastic. Felt a bit bad because I didn't eat all mine...Not because it wasnt good but because I was totally full. Never have I had a bad meal from here. Thank you once again to the staff for making our night and meal fantastic.....as always....
Popped in whilst charging my car, and was not disappointed. Some of the best lime pickle with my pops while I waited for my main course - Chicken Afghani. Superb. Obviously cooked to order, fresh, nicely spicy and totally flavoursome. I understand it’s under new ownership, so good luck to the new patron! On this experience he won’t need luck.

Wouldnt bother ordering from KingFishr, checked website, stated still open, so placed order online for delivery at 10:30pm for delivery. Long story short, I'm £40 tied up now online because they say they are claiming the "closed now" despite being open until 11pm on their official website. Rang Kingfishr to be greeted by a guy who basically couldn't care less, told him I had ordered for my whole family including kids, but he claimed all machines were off because they are closed and told to ring tomorrow and then hung up! Very rude on the phone, didn't care that kids were not going get the food and taking payment for a service they can not provide despite basically advertising they can do! Not good!!
Had take away on new year's eve as we were under the weather. Arrived on time. Lovely and hot. Very good portion looking forward to going to restaurant when better.
We’d booked a table for the Saturday evening as a family of 6 and a one year old. No complaints with the food, it was spot on. However, 10 minutes after finishing our food we were asked to move over to the lounge, even though we hadn’t finished our drinks. ‘The Lounge’ turned out to be the takeaway pick up area. A cold and draughty corner by the door. We hadn’t been asked if we wanted anymore drinks or to look at the desert menu before being asked to move. It totally spoiled the evening. No time to let our food settle and relax with a drink after our meal. Obviously clearing the table to make way for more customers, making more money was priority, we almost felt as though we were being thrown out. Won’t go back.
Went tonight and the service was great, really attentive and friendly. I am vegan and they made my favourite Indian dish, vegan for me which was amazing! We will definitely be back!
