Popped into this wonderful shop today for a specific polo shirt which is sadly no longer manufactured , but my disappointment was VERY short lived ... the most charming , helpful and patient sales assistant came to my rescue... his name is "Flynn"... (sorry if I've misspelled his name) he guided to me an alternative which I'm most pleased with..... so professional along with his colleagues... sales ambassadors of the highest calibre!!... well done Fred Perry!!
Great service from the staff in-store today. I had a Christmas gift that I had to exchange as the size was too small but unfortunately, I was outside of the 28 days returns policy (I’ve been away for a few weeks) but the chap in-store allowed me to swap the item for one of my size. As I say, great service and both of the people I spoke to in the shop today were very friendly. Many thanks
Wanted to shout out my thanks and appreciation for work above and beyond from Kate and Joe at Brighton shop. To help me in a separate dispute with a dry cleaning company they researched historic FP garments and produced a detailed schedule of design measurements - couldn’t have done it without their help and persistence! And it’s a great shop too! 5 stars for customer support and service. Thank you

Spent £85 on this lovely jacket , said I'd ware it straight away so they removed all tags, 2 minutes around the corner to my hotel and the color was driving me mad, looking like bat wings , put it back in the bag and popped back the next day ...No help....No exchange....No refund.... definitely not what I would expect from a "high end" shop . :-(
