   Ordered takeaway through JustEats from Eccleshall to Stone. Delivery took over three hours from delivery, food was ice cold when it arrived. This was absolutely the driver's fault and I could hear the frustration in the manager's voice when I called, but they kept telling me he was outside when he clearly wasnt. Driver was outright lying about where he was, using the weather as an excuse. It was misty, but it doesn't take three hours to drive from Eccleshall to Stone. I ended up stood outside for at least half an hour. Driver finally arrived and I'm almost 100% certain he was stoned. No apology, I just shut the door in his face when he started lying again. The food was good but I'm sure it would have been better if we hadn't had to reheat it. We ended up getting a £3 credit in the end, which I don't think was reasonable. Happy to change my rating if the restaurant reprimands/sacks the driver. I'm honestly not sure what was going on but I think he's in the wrong job, and with the way he acts, someone less reasonable than me is going to tell him. Food, like all takeaways these days, was vastly overpriced, which just added insult to injury.

   Had a few takeaways from Balti Palace and they've been good. Tonight however it was awful, pappadoms were stale to the point they could be folded, the mint sauce was thin and had sour taste. The chicken in the tikka masala was dry and tough, the sauce was tasteless and had a separated appearance, there was that water coming off it it was inedible and went in the bin. The lamb in the Rogan Josh was tough so only the sauce could be eaten. The garlic naan had no garlic in it, the keema naan was ok. It was and early order so we have come to the conclusion that it was last night's leftovers.

   I love this place my favourite dish is the SK Zafrani this is to die for. We go most weekends and the service is always impeccable. A beautiful spot with wonderful staff. I Recommend this place on my life !!!

   This place would be 4 star experience if not for the sour taste left in our mouths at the end. The food is very tasty, quick to come out and well cooked. Selection on the menu is good. Portion sizes a little on the moderate size. Made up for,just about, by high standard of flavour and effort in presentation. Owner is in the room, comes across well at first but while we were eating he mentioned something about the end of the meal, which I didn't fully catch. While we were waiting to ask for our bill he appeared with a cake and two spoons, said we should taste it. So we did. It was very good. The bill came out,with the cost of the cake included. We generally only pay for things we explicitly order and would never order a cake after an Indian meal. Honestly felt like a scam. He was just a bit much and with the range of Indian restaurants across Stone and Stafford we expect we'll give the place a miss now. Shame as food is good quality Felt the place lacked atmosphere though and was cold when we arrived

   A very decent Indian can be had here. The usual standard dishes are available plus some more unusual types which were very good. Service was good and prices reasonable too. A limited selection of alcohol are on the menu too.

   Food always been good here and free delivery for surrounding area with only £15 spend. Even got a complimentary free naan. Edit: Just messed my delivery order up slightly for the 1st time - rang them and they sent out a whole new fresh order straight away - thanks guys!

   I visited this week and had an amazing experience. The decor is beautiful. The menu is varied and the Head Chef Shazad personally introduced himself and helped my choose a dish of the menu. I had the methi gosht which was delicious and all the tandoor dishes were cooked to perfection. Thanks to Shazad and manager Saju.

   Now if I could have given it zero stars I most definitely would have. It should have given us a hint that the other Indian Restaurant in Eccleshall was heaving on a Friday evening and this one had two people dining, but we tried it anyway. The popadoms were excellent, so high hopes for the rest of the meal. My wife had cauliflower banji, which though wasn’t what was expected was ok. My tandoori chicken arrived, beautifully presented but when I attempted to eat it, I found it totally dry and inedible. After informing the waiter it was over cooked he returned it to the kitchen only to return saying the chef says that’s how it should be. Now I’ve had enough tandoori chicken to know that it’s always a little charred on the outside but tender and succulent on the inside. At that we just walked out. We have never, ever done this at any other restaurant in our lives. Disgusting service and appalling food. We will never use this place again and I advise others to avoid it as well.

   We booked a table for 4 for 8:30, two day prior & received email and text confirmation. Upon arrival they were not ready for us & told us to return at 9, we did and despite there only being 3 tables occupied we had to wait until 10:00 (yes - TEN!!) for our starters! Just before 11 our mains arrived. We asked if they were short staffed and received a very patronising response that you have to be prepared to wait for quality!! This was ‘bang average’ food. They must benefit from having something of a captive audience. Avoid!
