   Impromptu meal out in an unfamiliar town. Very busy, staff were friendly and very attentive. Food was very good; We had light bite/snack which was plenty. Lovely chunky chips and the salad was just right (room temperature not fridge cold). Chicken wrap had loads of chicken in it.

   Always have a pleasant time in DV8. The atmosphere is nice but always very busy so can struggle to find space to enjoy a drink! The drinks are nice, some are very sweet of you don't have a sweet tooth just to be warned! The food is nice and the service is good on the whole. A bit expensive for what it is which is the only downside, but fairly average for the town.

   We were staying in Congleton between Christmas and New Year and was looking for somewhere to have lunch and a drink with our 2 daughters and 2 dogs. We asked if we could come in with the dogs and were shown to the dog friendly area which was so lovely. Really cosy and comfortable. The atmosphere at this place is really warm and welcoming and the food was amazing!!! I had the beef sandwich which was one of the best sandwiches I'd ever eaten. My husband had the chilli nachos and they were equally as good. Really generous portions too for the price! The girls wanted sides and cheesy chips which they ate every bit of! The service was brilliant and everyone including the other customers were very friendly and chatty. Gutted we don't live closer as I would definitely be a regular customer!

   Great place, recently renovated knocking through to what was an old shop, which I think is more the bar area, rather than food. The food is amazing, great portions and a great range to accommodate food preferences. Staff are always really friendly and very on top of things, don't leave you waiting long. Lovely to sit outside under the heaters and give you snuggly blankets. Definitely would recommend.

   Quirky little old style building, friendly, welcoming staff and the food was gorgeous ! I'm not one for taking photos of my food but I can assure you the presentation and taste of the food could not be faulted. I was stuffed. I even ate the fruit and berries on the dessert used for decoration. There's a huge range of different cocktails however I didn't get the chance to try any as i had my baby with me but lots to choose from for people wanting alcohol.
