We made an amendment over the phone and when the order came it wasn’t quite correct, however after calling them they send a new one out strait away with no questions asked, which is amazing service! Even wrote a nice sentiment on the box.
Nipped in recently but they had literally just closed. HOWEVER the lady told me she could whip up something simple if I wanted and of course I obliged! Had a couple of fantastic Oatcakes and will now be adding this place to my rounds. Great Food, Great Service, Fully Recommended
Very unhappy ordered a mega veggie box and got bacon and sausages (pig) i don't eat that meat!!! I requested a refund from uber then rang the shop and told them they said sorry but then I asked for another breakfast where he ask me to pay for but it was your mistake not mine very unhappy
Ordered off the new lunchtime menu on Friday, the food was lovely and the girls in the shop were very helpful & friendly, will definitely be ordering in the future
Not where I normally order from and I won’t be again. Oatcakes were bland and dry, filling was sparse, couldn’t be bothered to put on the sauce I requested - just sent a sachet. I have sauce at home that would have saved wasting plastic. Delivery took longer than expected. If I wasn’t pregnant and really hungry then I wouldn’t have eaten them.
Best oatcakes in Stoke-on-Trent. Our delivery was fast, food was hot, fresh and delicious and everything came wrapped and packaged by someone who cares.
New owners are lovely and I prefer the oatcakes here than anywhere else. I know people have mentioned increased prices but this is not the owners fault. It’s the same anywhere you go in relation to food. Highly recommend
