Over an hour and a half wait for food. Sponge and custard was cold, my sons girlfriend got collected before her dessert came and was very disappointed

Milkshakes are great, but don't get the Churros. They are tiny, they are thinner than a finger and barely as long. Plus the cinnamon coating was near nonexistent.
Ordered myself a red velvet cookie dough and my partner a vegan cheesecake, they had run out of the cheesecake and the guy behind the counter was so apologetic that he gave my partner a raspberry sorbet for free. Service was excellent and friendly plus the red velvet cookie dough was delicious, will be ordering again in the near future. (Ignore the one star reviews, Audley has a very 'Local village for local people' vibe to it so as soon as some of the locals see a shop that isn't owned by a fat white guy in a shirt, trousers and braces they get all confused and scared)

Great service all the time, I just recently had some minor items missing from my order and they sorted it out immediately with a little gift too. Very much appreciated in these times. I hope if people do have chance to treat themselves with pudding, they chose My Gelato Audley. Always professional and polite, and the puddings and milkshake in my opinion are the best in stoke. All the best to the team!
The desserts are not own-made and don't taste very nice. The milkshakes are fine. The issue I and my friends have is that it opens late afternoon into the evening and has 'suspect' people hanging around outside the door smoking with the staff. It has put people off going in as a result.
