   We have eaten in, and online orderd from wagamama a few times. The food has usually been good and consistent, sometimes a little on the cold side when online ordering but that's somewhat expected. Unfortunately the meal received tonight was completely below the standard expected. The bang bang cauliflower was actually burnt, not just slightly overdone but black, and was so inedible it ended up in the bin. The firecracker curry, which was nice and was also still hot, unfortunately only contained four pieces of tofu...a bit stingy for how much the meal costs. I'm not sure what has gone wrong in the kitchen tonight, but I certainly don't expect this poor quality from a chain like Wagamama

   Myself and my husband often come here to eat after work as it is open till late. The staff are great especially robin/Robyn they are always so lovely and attentive. The food is always good even of they have cut down on their vegan options.

   The restaurant offered a wonderful atmosphere and attentive service, though the food didn't quite meet expectations. The pad thai was decent. The chicken and prawn yaki udon was disappointingly sparse, containing just three prawns and two thin slices of chicken. Most notably, the yaki soba suffered from a bland broth that lacked depth and richness.

   My friend and I came quite late when the kitchens were almost closing and the staff had already begun to clean the tables Despite this We were offered a menu so that we could eat. We really liked the service of the staff. We were asked regularly. Do we like food and is everything in order, does every restaurant take care of it!! I was very impressed by you and I liked the fact that this restaurant makes natural drinks or fruit cocktails.

   We went to this place as we ran out of options for a pub with food service on after 9 on a Sunday evening. We definitely liked the food, the vegan sandwiches tasted superb. It has a nice ambience to it, being one of the restaurants in Buttermarket centre, you have many other things to do for a nice evening.

   After four or five visits its OKAY. If you are in the mood for the style of food and on the fly. Firstly we've always found it very clean, glasses, tables, cutlery etc, so that's good. It's a nice atmosphere/decor etc. The staff or service etc I have always found to be down to earth, casual, friendly and efficient. Its the food that's just really very average and doesn't taste authentic at all. From experience the starters are MUCH better than the mains. The dumplings are lovely. But in general we have had far better results elsewhere or cooking at home for less cost with better quality ingredients and MORE herbs and spices that bring the more authentic flavour than served here. For example the katsu chicken curry to be honest just tastes like a birds eye frozen chicken piece covered in a powder/mix sauce. It's served with 'sticky rice' but it's just an over cooked pile of mush at the end of the day. The ramen with crispy belly pork tasted clean and fresh so fair enough. But it just wasn't multi layered with flavour like you would hope. There wasn't much of the pork either for the price you pay. The highlight of the last visit was the rose lemonade which was just gorgeous. So all in all. Not really worth the money and I don't feel the need to try it any more. But okay if you are in a rush I guess.
