Professional and helpful staff, used it before for shoes for a 2 year old and today managed to find and order a pair - such a difference to other Clark shops my daughter tried.
Not that much good. Less collection
Clarks are amazing. I washed my daughter's trainers and the heel got a dent which meant she couldn't wear them and they replaced them without question. Fitted for school shoes at the same time. Great service.
Bad at measuring feet, have had to Redo it myself when when there as they over measure my childs feet by a whole size. Staff are polite and helpful when serving though so that's a plus. Maybe some training in the childrens measuring for future benefits
Like many shoe shops there is little choice for men (at least for smart work shoes) and, if you do find a shoe you like, it is often not available in your size. Having said that, the shop will order in shoes for you to try on, if requested. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Excellent service by our young assistant. She dealt with a wriggling bored 4 year old and a new wobbling 1 year old walker without any problem and with a very pleasant manor. Two happy Grandparents !
I only ever buy my sons school shoes from Clarks. They always last his constant abuse and misuse. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for kids school. They may cost a bit more but worth every penny!
