   I am not one for leaving reviews very often but the service I experienced in Schuh today was above and beyond. Welcomed with a smile and instantly assisted. All of my questions were answered very well and both of the sales assistants were extremely patient and attentive. I was served by Evie and Harrison (I made two visits to the shop in the day) Both were absolutely lovely and welcoming. I hope they get the recognition they deserve!

   I rarely express my negative opinions, but today's purchase was one of the worst I've ever experienced. I visited this branch today to buy a pair of boots. I tried on two pairs and chose the first one. I asked the saleswoman, who was tall with long hair, to bring me the pair of the first shoes. When she brought them, I noticed that one of the shoes, likely worn by many customers for trying on, looked different from the one that had been in storage. I asked her to bring the second pair again, but she reacted very rudely, angrily slammed the shoe box down, and went to the stockroom with a frown, showing no behavior appropriate for dealing with customers. I paid and left without even asking how to clean or care for the shoes, fearing she would become even angrier. This was my worst shopping experience, and this saleswoman at the branch gives the impression that customers shouldn't ask any questions or make additional requests. If it were possible, I would have given a rating below zero.

   Went to the Crawley branch today as my daughter wanted a selection of shoes. We were promptly served by a Ryan Burgess who went above and beyond to help. Gave advise on many things, organised online orders where her size wasn’t in stock and was, in my opinion, the perfect salesman. Thank you for your assistance today. We will be returning.

   Awful customer experience, me, my friend and my bf came here earlier as my friend wanted to buy shoes. My boyfriend and I were being stared and pointed at by one of the workers (the girl with glasses, around 5"2 and long brown hair) I understand customer service, I am a manager however, you should never judge someone for the way they dress. We were minding our own business whilst my friend was shopping, my friend was very happy with her shoes from the lovely worker who did help her however, a few training sessions should be in order for your staff.

   Thank you to much to Carina in the store today she was absolutely amazing especially in the Christmas period. She was absolutely amazing with giving the best customer service despite it being busy. Honestly I’d say one of the best workers.

   Had an amazing experience in store today, we had Jessica helping us today we had a three year old who she was great with and we left with 5 pairs of trainers two for him two for me and one for the wife. She also made us aware of the charity shoe bin there and I cannot recommend Schuh Crawley enough.
