   The fitting process was quick and easy which is a relief when you have a wriggling toddler. However I'm a bit annoyed that I wasn't allowed to get a certain pair of shoes for her as apparently they were "for boys" and that she should have the ones with the bow for girls. If I'm honest the bow would've been chewed and pulled off and the boy version were a lot more durable and suitable for nursery.

   I went to Clarks in crawley last saturday to get some school shoes for my sister, and it was pleasant there. The store was clean, the workers there were kind and helpful, and the fitting service was even better. A worker there called Amar was the most helpful, he helped find the best pair of shoes, size and all, quickly and conviniently. All round the customer service was amazing

   Some of the staff are very rude and it was obvious as soon as I arrived they could not be bothered to really help anyone. Wanted shoes for both my children, but one of the supervisors was so condescending to us and some of the other staff that we walked out.

   Poor service from start to finish, booked 9am slot online, shop doesn’t open until 9.30, no apology from the staff that their booking system allows this, fitting took 45 minutes for 1 pair of shoes, staff member kept bringing out the wrong sizes or couldn’t find the shoes we wanted, told to order the other size online, only to find they don’t do that size! What a waste of time

   Medium sized store, with selection of men's, women and children's shoes. Staff are helpful and children's feet measuring service available. Shoes are on the expensive side especially children's shoes which they grow out of quickly and don't always last well, looking shabby after a couple of weeks wear, which is disappointing given the price. Have started only getting shoes if in the sale.

   Clark shoes are great. I bought two pairs. I tried it on, and The sales associate was helpful. But one of the pairs of shoes given to me wasn't the right fit. Customer service wasn't that bad; I quickly got confused and distracted.

   Clark's customer service skills are very good. I went on black Friday to see if I could bag a bargain and even though the shoe size I needed was not available, the girl who served me, measured my feet and ordered the shoes online for store delivery. Their product are build to last and would always recommend.
