   Had a whole afternoon of sitting in a shop waiting 5 minutes at a time for a check of size. Was planning on buying all uniform on the day of visiting the shop, we ending up having to buy most online. Pricing it way too expensive, £36 for just one skirt and for them to not even have it in size. They were running extremely low on jumpers for the school. Only had extremely small or extremely big sizes and did not help at all with knowing when we were going to get the actual uniform that we were going to buy online. The changing rooms where you can try on clothes stink and had a lot of hair in the floor. The quality of clothes was good but would need a wash to get rid of the store bought smell of the clothes. Customer service was just very poor and had the staff biting their nails and them touching the clothes that were about to be tried on. Over all, had a very poor experience and would not recommend unless you absolutely have to. Edit- Once we got home and unpacked the bag with the uniform, one of the shirts had a mark on which looked like wee. They had a tiny bit on the inside which said 10% off soiled collar, non refundable. The lady did not tell us about this.

   Very unhelpful staff. Booked a fitting appt online, staff just stood around chewing their fingernails burping. It felt like I was trying to get blood from a stone when I asked for help with sizing and fit. Absolutely no customer service. I had to order the DS skirt online on my phone instore. The main customer order number were really helpful. So overpriced! Ridiculous they don't have stock!

   THIS SHOP HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMS GOING AT PRESENT, £30 FOR A BACA TRAINING TOP, £25 FOR TRAINING PANTS,£20 FOR A WHITE SCHOOL SHIRT, PROFIT MARGINS FOR THIS SHOP MUST BE HUGE NOT TO MENTION THE BACK HANDERS ALL THE SCHOOLS MUST GET AS WELL, ABSOLUTELYa DISGUSTING, NEEDS CLOSING DOWN !

   After battling the traffic and zero parking to get to this shop to exchange a skirt I’d brought online for a smaller size I was told it couldn’t be exchanged as the tag had been removed. Completely unhelpful shop I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.
