   We have been coming to The Golden Boot for years it’s our family tradition to buy school shoes here every year. My son is now 10 years old, and honestly, shoe shopping with him is usually… challenging. The staff has always been polite and helpful, but this time something felt different from the moment we walked in. And that “difference” was Grace. Grace took real time with my son. She spoke to him, not over him. The way she explained the shoes, showed different options, and calmly guided him through the choice was nothing short of extraordinary. My son, who is normally difficult and impatient during fittings, was completely engaged. Her approach worked like magic. What impressed me most was not just her professionalism, but her genuine care and patience. You could clearly see she enjoys what she does and does it exceptionally well. If you have people like Grace working for you, then the manager who hired her must be extraordinary too. The Golden Boot ... thank you for maintaining such a high standard after all these years.    We've been going to the golden boot for our children for three years and honestly it's faultless. The staff are brilliant. They know their stock, they talk to the kids, they don't rush, even when it is busy like it was today. It's expensive, yes. But the shoes they fit LAST. Its good old fashioned great customer service. I won't be going anywhere else!

   Thank you so much to Emily who helped us with our little boys first shoes fitting. She was so good with him and he was so mesmerised that he just sat and watched as she measured his feet. He loved watching the trains on the walls while we chose his shoes. The little package makes the occasion so special with the photo in a frame and little wooden train. Thank you for making this a special memory for us and for helping us get his first shoes. Would definitely recommend booking to get little ones first shoes fitted here

   Excellent experience with my three girls one of whom has tricky to fit feet. All the staff are so lovely with the children and also trained to properly fit and check shoes and they have a good choice for different ages. Would highly recommend.

   First time I've ever used these guys but can honestly say I will definitely be using them again! Placed order online Saturday night. Had email first thing Monday morning saying unfortunately one of my ordered items was out of stock and would I still like to proceed with rest of order. My refund was put back into my account with no problems straight away and my items were delivered quickly and packed exceptionally well. Thank you for my order guys.

   I have been coming here to get my sons shoes for years due to the excellent customer service, however today was extremely disappointing. The manager in the kids shoes section was incredibly rude to me and my son upon entering the store, so much so I had to leave and come back once I had calmed down and only because my son insisted. When we arrived, I waited to be served but hadn’t seen that I needed to take a ticket. I was then rudely dismissed by the manager in question and abruptly sent to the back of the queue. Usually the atmosphere is happy and relaxed but today, staff seems on edge. The girl who served me was great but the manager ruined the whole experience, what a shame.

   Stumbled across this store by a random recommendation, so glad I did! Fab store with second to none customer service. Even though the store was super busy, and we had no appointment, we were still accommodated. Our LO was measure and fitted with such attention to detail and we were made to feel like the only ones in the store. Thank you Jackie for such a great fit. Furthermore to have learned the history (the oldest shoe store in the country) is just WOW! The staff and overall experience was absolutely brilliant. They aren't short on return customers because they make us all feel GOLDEN!!

   I am a certified Google Local guide and I just don't give 5 stars except if its deserving. This time, Golden Boots does deserve it. I couldn't recommend this place more. OK actually I can. Jackie who served us was very accommodating and very helpful to listen and find the best shoes for the child. We discovered that Golden Boots is the oldest shoe shop in the UK... talking about some heritage there. We really enjoyed the shopping experience and also the train going around in the shop is a clever idea. Children seems to love it. Don't ask me why but they do. Yeah, I definitely recommend shopping here and we are defo going back. Thanks, guys.

   Best shoe shop un Maidstone. You know what you pay for. This is the only place where you can get really good quality shoes (which is really hard to fins these days). I know where to go when I am looking for new pair of shoes or trainers. Ladies over there are always friendly and helpful. They are real professionals and can help you to find the right size or a model that will suit you perfectly. I am in love with my Fairfax & Favour wedges.
