Horrendous customer service. Really unfriendly and rude staff who seemed preoccupied with joking and conversing with each other instead of providing any help. Very begrudgingly retrieved the size I requested. Didn’t bother checking back to see if it fit ok or if I needed another size. Experienced this on two occasions.
Amazing customer service from Aaliyah - very friendly, helpful, advising me on sizes, shoe care, and very patient while I tried the shoes on and asked Aaliyah several questions. Both ladies extremely nice and efficient! Great experience, will be back for sure!
It was a busy Saturday evening and the staff were efficient. I found what I needed and my size straight away. They were also very helpful at the till and I was able to use Klarna in store
I bought 390£ stuff mentioning twice! that I am a student, so if she can apply student discount. She (dark skin lady) said yeah no prob 10%. When I paid I was in rush so I just paid and left. When I checked the bill 390£…Thanks for the student discount! Terrible! Happened on the 23rd November 2022! I will probably walk in the store and complain about it
Genuinely never had worse shopping customer service. I picked up the shoe I was looking for walked up to a member of staff and before I could even open my mouth to speak she started saying about how it’s the last size and when she actually let me get a word in I then proceeded to say do you have them in kids sizes and she responded, ‘no.. do you not think other people have tried that before you… do you really think you’re the first person to have thought of that,’ As someone who suffers with severe anxiety in these situations that was the worst way anyone could’ve gone about it. Someone needs to talk to there staff so rude!

A particular shop that sells particular colored and confortable shoes for people who want to be able to walk without suffering.
Just left your store. 1pm 12 December 2019. May I suggest hiring new people for your store. Walked in, two employees at the door stared at us and said nothing . Another attendant pretended not to see us while we had to search for his attention. Shoes were brought to us and the employee showed no interest, instead made jokes with his two colleagues at the door across the shop floor. All other customers ignored. Paid £160 at the till and didn't even get a thank you. Utterly pathetic and inept team from top to bottom. Looked like they received no training or were hoping to get fired. Got better service at JD sports. Your store is a joke.
the boots had a manufacturing defect on the seam. the store refused to replace it. UGG costumer services didn't accept my complaint. after a long thread of mails, they asked me to send it to be evaluated by retail warranty which again did not consider it a defect. no other pair of boots on the store had the same feature. the other pair didn't have the same finishing. UGG quality control is very poor and you are expected to accept this finishing for a £200 pair of boots!
