   Just had our first and last family order. The kids' food was okay, and the chips were good, but one piece of chicken was black under the breadcrumbs! Never ordering again.

   So, just had food delivered to my lorry, the kebab is smaller than I expected, im not wanting huge but what arrived was tiny, also, the fried chicken had dry flesh under the skin, really disappointing and I will not ne ordering from their again!!!! Ps wish I could add pictures!!!

   Honestly a really disappointing takeaway. Clearly there to make profits off of late, late night food, after every other takeaway has closed, leaving you no other option other than their food, which reflects in their quality. I had delivery for my past occasion, in which i ordered 1x 9' pizza. The driver didn't follow the very clear steps 'please leave on the gate post', as well as very clear instructions of where to find my house, having to call me 4 times, whilst i was busy. The pizza itself was (what i can only describe as) low quality, to the point where it gave me that stodgy, sickly feeling, the cheese ontop had all dripped off onto the side of the cardboard, and leaked through the cardboard.    Ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered. Came within the hour. The four season pizza had no salami or pepperoni in it all. So I rang up. The man that answered refused to accept that there was no meat in the pizza just said sorry, and put the phone down. Not good customer service. Won't be returning for future business. Very sad.

   When i asked for a donner kebab I obviously didn't mean give me meat and mayonnaise on its own and for £5! What a joke. I was too cold and tired to walk back.

   If you're looking for cleanliness I would avoid most of the restaurants of this type but also this one specifically. Store feels forgotten, you see staff in the background touching everything and there isn't a single hand washing to be seen, 2021 and they still don't accept card.. Food isn't terrible, better than a few other stores on that street but that isn't saying much considering how dead the town centre is.

   Had one Saturday night first time because our takeaway was closed, took a while to come but understandable with whats going on and the driver was very polite and apologisedffor the delay. However wasn't that great chips were soggy tasted microwaved were very tight with the cheese only a little sprinkle, pizza was lukewarm and pepperoni didn't look cooked unfortunately went in the bin. Could of been due them being extremely busy.
