Absolutely rubbish, ordered through Uber eats, hour later nothing turned up. Called and they didn’t even know if they’d done the order, checked and said it was going to be another hour!!! Absolutely rubbish totally joke just useless avoid!
Ordered from here because the food is always hot and really nice, and delivery is normally really good. My original delivery time was 8:55, which updated after I contacted them through JustEat to 9:40. Rang them at 9:45 and was told it would be with me before 10 and it arrived at 10:15. They have given me £10 as a partial refund and the food was piping hot on arrival to their normal standard. It was difficult to get through on the phone but repeated calling managed it, the person I spoke to was really apologetic and explained the situation with it being Mothers Day (which I had forgotten!), and that a lot of people were calling. It won't put me off using them again, just maybe not on a celebration day!

Excellent vegetarian option, food is so good, we've tried many but the Ruby is consistent with the excellent quality and standards. Highly recommended.
One of the best Chinese takeaway restaurants in Northampton. Their spicy Singapore fried rice is delicious and good portion size too.
Love this shop for their duck roast fried rice. Best place for chinese takeaway. They recently started serving boba tea(bubble tea) and is really good
“Simply unpalatable" Each item was inconsistent with everything and how over cooked it all was. The food was just horrible. From all the food orded not one thing was edible, even the prawn crackers were burnt brown crusty not risking food poisoning. Sweet sour Sauce was One long, bland, watery compost", garlic prawns had been “converted into chewy little shapes without a lot of flavour” As for the chicken balls I'm sure an eyeball that had been freshly popped out of the skull of a pig...tasted better than the Chicken balls Overall Awful. Don’t spend your money here Everything went into the bin same night..
