If I could give 0 I would. Shoes are fine it’s their customer service, I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a refund and now they are asking for the postage receipt which isn’t issues as they offered a prepaid print at post office service. The tracking shows they have the goods and have for 2 weeks. Useless.
Went to the store yesterday to ask about my shoes as wasn't sure about the fit. We were welcomed by Rey, who was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful! Honestly very nice experience and really appreciate the great service!
I went into the Brighton Location the other week, had some damage on my docs inside the warranty and asked for a replacement. The guy that helped was so polite! He helped me through the transaction and I got a full replacement (picked one off of the shelf, tried them on & took them home). Fantastic group of people you have working there :).
Went in to replace my shoes which had broken within warranty. Was a lil nervous, as I don't like being difficult or causing a problem. But much to my relief I was served by a wonderful person who could not have been more helpful understanding. Super quick to sort out get a replacement/ upgrade on the shoes that had broken, couldn't be happier massive thanks to the kind woman that helped.
Very friendly, had no idea what I needed and the staff member on shift was very helpful and helped me find what I was looking for! Would 100% recommend, great to have a positive experience in store
Traditional and modern style of the legendary 'Doc Martens boot' and other variations. Friendly and accommodating staff. Recommend a visit before buying on line if you've never owned a pair.

Really brilliant service. I didn't feel like the product suited me in the end but it was refreshing to have such friendly and helpful staff in a shop these days. Thank you. UPDATE: Went back today and finally bought the lovely made in England boots I was after and the service was just as good again :-)
Wanted to exchange boots, bought from Brighton store, rang first, travelled along way, to be told they'd been worn, which they absolutely had not. Complaint to customer service, no reply. Terrible customer service.
