   I went in there today as I needed to buy some shoes for my wedding in November. Esme, the supervisor was absolutely amazing helping me to find exactly what I wanted. The fact that the shoes were in the sale was a Brucie bonus….. I left the shop a very happy customer.

   The staff at Jones Horsham look after their customers exceptionally well. I ordered a pair of shoes online for my daughter's wedding. When I picked them up in store, Customer Services had sent the wrong shoes. Whereas Customer Services just issued a refund, Jones Horsham searched all their branches and secured the last size 6 in the country for me. Thank you so much!

   Took my autistic little one into store, had made an appointment earlier that day and they had made sure a member of staff was available later in the day. Staff were wonderful with my child and we left with a wonderful new pair of shoes that fit perfectly after having their feet measured calmly and quickly.
