Think the reviews on this place a quite harsh…. It’s not bad it’s not standout but the food is tasty and I’m happy to be having it for lunch again tomorrow
The bread was basically raw dough, and the rice came as a solid block of mashed-together grains. I had to throw it away and reorder elsewhere—and I’m really not a picky eater. When I get food like this, I can’t help but wonder: would the owner actually eat that? I honestly doubt it. It was my first time ordering here, as I occasionally like to try new places. But over the years, I’ve come to understand why some businesses struggle and end up with low overall reviews. Hopefully, the owner takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality and service.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. WORST FOOD I ATE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Couldn't even finish half the dish. It tasted nothing like what it was supposed to and was so oily. Ordered it as a delivery order and the packaging was a disaster as well.
Home delivery after midnight, considering it was a 6 mile trip, food was still hot. Delivery driver was fabulous! Order included garlic Nan (perfection) chicken jalfraize -tasty Deffo order from here again.
Error order as not local. Sag aloo was swimming in oil and had old hard potatoes. Curry not great!
Good tasting food and great Nann bread chip portion is a tad bit small and without the 20% off offer it’s a bit expensive basically the same price as passage to India up the road and your getting it from a kebab shop.
Leaves flyers on car windows on people's driveways, too good to stick it through the letterbox apparently. Saw one of your guys faffing with my car only to put a leaflet there, nuisance people!
2-hours later than advised time. Got through on the phone over an hour ago and was told 20-mins. Says delivered in the deliveroo app but phones are constantly engaged. Not recommended. Review edited, once it arrived it was very nice.
Have ordered from several places in the area and this is by far the best food we have had. The food arrived fresh and tasted absolutely amazing. We had an issue when ordering through just eat which was in no way the fault of the restaurant and they bent over backwards to correct it and get us the food as fast as possible. Anyone ordering a curry needs to do themselves a favour and order from here as it won’t disappoint Thanks again guys
