Richard, great service. Very knowledgable and helpful but not pushy. Price was slighty more expensive than Curry's BUT they charge up £30 delivery and didn't stock the item, wear as QDA did, and I collected it the same day. Will definately use them again.
Well kept, bright and comfortable spacious showroom with a large quantity of appliances on view stocking a large choice of brands and prices all signed up for you to browse staff were attentive but not pushy. I was only browsing this time. But have bought items a few years ago and would highly recommend them on price, knowledge and Local delivery is very good.
I just wanted to express my sincere thanks and absolute delight with your service. I received a phone call yesterday about 10 minutes after I placed my order on line with a view to arranging delivery details. I had requested Thursday 19th as the earliest date available but when I mentioned that our machine had completely died, your office checked the delivery schedule and were able to offer next day delivery, less then 24 hours after I had placed the order. Two delivery men arrived with our replacement machine as promised. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. I am confident that I would not have received a better service elsewhere. Thank you so much. That’s why it pays to shop locally!!!!

We cannot rate QDA highly enough. Their customer service is excellent. Following renovation work we had been assured by our builder that the new fridge we ordered would fit in the space required However, it did not. The delivery team were polite, efficient and understanding. We were able to order another fridge and given a full refund for the difference in price. In my opinion the whole team at QDA deserve 5 stars for customer service. Thank you!
