   We had an amazing experience with getting our new American fridge delivered! Clive and Chris were absolutely spot on. We wasn’t sure our fridge was going to fit they went above and beyond in getting it into our flat and up the tight staircase! They was both highly professional and very polite and somehow managed to get it to fit! They also delivered and installed my integrated oven a few days prior to this and they was both very cheerful to be back even though we was their last delivery and it was getting late. I’d highly recommend DB domestics to anyone the office team were fab and the delivery team was absolutely brilliant they took every care and effort to make it work for us!

   Actually recommending because the professional and brilliant team at DB domestics helped us not buy a freezer! After ours started giving up, we ordered a new one and DB were fantastically flexible about delivery. On arrival to remove and install, the fitters highlighted that mine was working perfectly and gave me advice about how to look after my existing model. So I ended up not buying and getting a full refund! But when this (or any other appliance) goes - I’ll be back. A family run, fantastic and reliable business. 100% recommend.

   DB Domestics gave me brilliant and well-informed advice when I was shopping for a vacuum cleaner and an air fryer. I was really impressed with the knowledge of the products and the common sense and honest advice that Stephy (have I remembered her name right?) showed. She never once tried to push a particular model (or price) on to me; she listened to my needs and gave me the pros and cons of the various options available, leaving me to decide. So nice to deal with a local business that puts its customers first and that puts a premium on expertise and insight. DB Domestics will be my first port of call in Eastbourne the next time I need an electrical appliance.

   We recently purchased a Dimplex Electric fire from DB Electrics. After extensive research they were found to be offering the most competitive price for the fire we had settled on. When there were a few problems with the delivery company these were quickly sorted out by very helpful staff. We would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

   We visited DB Domestics to see if we could get an induction hob to suit us. The staff were very friendly and helpful and quickly offered to order in exactly what we wanted. Communication with the store was very good and our hob was delivered very soon after. The fitters were very good and completed the job within half an hour, taking away our old ceramic hob and leaving no mess at all. We would thoroughly recommend DB Domestics and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

   I bought a beautiful fridge freezer. You know a big double front model with water dispenser. I also live on the top floor of a block flats with tricky staircases. No problem to these guys. After sussing out the route they removed the doors and manoeuvred the fridge up and into place, finally reassembling the doors. Amazing service.
