Instead of just pointing to where the product was that I was looking for, he personally led me to it, and helped me decided which pack suited my needs. A very helpful young man.

   Hello everyone. if you’re thinking of revamping a room in your house this is a great place to start as they have so much there to choose from and kitchen and bathroom designers as well. All the staff are very helpful and supportive. I recommend it to anyone. wanting to update their house decor.

   I was looking for a chunky-ish wooden loo seat but specifically with top fitting fixtures. They didn't have any and I didn't really fancy paying fifty quid for a bottom fixing plastic one. I did get a snazzy round paint brush for radiator pipes and cutting in skirting boards though!

   I placed an order through B&Q, but it has not been delivered for the past 4 days. When the delivery vehicle first arrived, the driver claimed he couldn't enter the street and left without completing the delivery. The following day, I tried to coordinate a new delivery time with the driver, but he refused to help and hung up the phone. I contacted customer service, and they scheduled a new delivery appointment — I even received a confirmation message. However, no one showed up on the appointed day. When I contacted customer service again, instead of providing a proper solution, they pressured me to cancel the order. I clearly stated that I did not want to cancel and that the road in front of my shop is accessible until 10:00 AM, after 4:00 PM, or anytime on Sundays. Despite this, they failed to offer any alternative other than cancellation. This experience has caused me not only a significant loss of time but also a loss of business. Throughout the entire process, no effort was made to support or assist me as a customer. The handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. This incident has severely damaged my trust in your brand. I request that appropriate action be taken, that my grievance be resolved, and that I receive an official response regarding this matter. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue through legal means, including the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

   Living just along the road from B&Q we often pop in just to have a nose around but our main time in B&Q is normally around January February time getting ready grab the best of the best to plant in the garden this year we have put gravy and vegetables aside to concentrate on growing I beautiful wildflower meadow. They sell these boxes that can Can cover up to 50 m² which is more than enough for a garden my size
