Absolutely appalling customer service post sale. I have made 11 phone calls in the last 48 hours sent two emails and no response back. Will not be returning as a customer.

His knowledge and level of experience made us feel very confident we have chosen the right supplier for our next kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very difficult to get through to anyone on the phone. We received the wrong cabinet doors. Took three days to get through to the store (why can't you answer the phone?), only to eventually find they don't have stock and we need to wait 2 weeks to get the correct ones. A new kitchen should be exciting but this is so frustrating, and our plans to host a family birthday event are now out the window.

I started off using Magnet online service to help design a kitchen. The online service whilst useful - couldn't meet my cost requirements and specifications so i went to the store in Portslade. Paul was brilliant - his vast knowledge and attention detail enabled me to bring the kitchen to my budget. He gave me the time and was so straightforward that i was able to make simple cost decisions quickly and asservtively. He also gave me his opinion which was really useful when it came to cupboard sizes pointing out where he thought i could save money as opposed to where i should spend a bit more. I really trusted him in the process and when it looked like the kitchen top might be a few cm too short so as not to cover the exisiting flooring he came out personally to the house and measured to ensure we didnt have any gaps. He was also on hand during the process and got back to me in a timely manner with any questions - amazing service. I was also really happy with the Darren and Louie the Kitchen fitters who went out of their way to get the walls plastered in time, fill in any holes to protect against mice and provides us with a temporary tap so that we had a usable kitchen whilst waiting for the worktop to be fitted (by another company). Thank you. I love my new kitchen.

Magnet (Brighton) designed and supplied a new medium-sized kitchen for our house in Mid-Sussex. We’re very happy with the design and the end result. In particular the service from Sam was friendly and with good attention to detail regarding what our priorities were. Overall we felt value for money was good. Any issues which came up during the fitting stage were resolved promptly – our sense was that the builders doing the fitting had to work quite hard to make some of the units fit in as planned (in particular a corner cupboard for which pipework had to be rearranged and a splashback which ultimately had to be abandoned). Nonetheless, overall we’re very pleased – the units have been fitted for a few months now and all seem good quality and no issues with these.

If I could give their installation service and promised 0 stars, I would. A kitchen fit that should have taken 5 days, and I am being generous, took two weeks and is still not finished. Basic communication and honesty is not their priority. £9k for a small kitchen and no acknowledgement that there were issues or even an apology.
