   Granted that selling and display space can be paramount to getting as many goods on display as possible but this store is huge and predominantly ladies wear (as one might expect). But surely the inclusion of a small changing room facility will not be too detrimental to the shop floor area. I visit this place perhaps twice a year and I did not make any purchase, again, simply because I could not try on stuff before buying. Had seven items to try and at the price I would have paid, I could not take the risk of them not fitting when I got home.. So I didn't buy, but might buy online where there are additional protections for the buyer..

   The price is quite less when compared to other outlets in the surrounding area. Variety is good but you need patience to look for them. The staff were friendly. There are mirrors where you can check your choices.

   Friendliest most helpful staff. Nothing is to much trouble. If the size you want is not on the shop floor it’s always worth asking to see if they have it stocked in the back. they are able to look on the till and if the size is available to order. its free of charge delivered to a store near you. The lines are not years old like some people think. The branded items are reduced at crazy prices. The beginning of sales are the best times to look for the best deals. And although there is no fitting room. You have 15 days to return items. Items can be returned to any next store. I have gone into the store 18 days after purchasing with my receipt and the staff will either put the refund on a gift card or take the refund of a new purchase. That is outstanding customer service there are no other stores I know of that will help in this way. The staff work hard to keep the store in order however it does get really busy at the start of a sale and customers who pick up items and drop them any where, makes the store look a little disorganized. But I have seen the staff work as quickly and efficiently as they can to reduce the clutter and they do work tirelessly I recommend this store for any one that loves a deal.

   Always liked Next clearance store. It's always a place for a bargain and my last visit was no exception with a bargain on a double duvet cover that I'd been watching on the Internet so definitely worth the visit. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside no changing room but a good return policy in place.
