Popped in for dinner. Fairly early so there were loads of tables free. Menu offers a great choice with plenty to offer what ever your taste. Staff were great and on hand to explain the menu if you weren’t familiar with Greek food beyond a moussaka for example. What we had was superb. Great flavour and wonderfully cooked and the portions are very generous. You won’t leave wanting more than I can assure you.

Was this Greek food? Absolutely not. Was it Cypriot food? Not a chance in hell. The staff were polite and friendly but the food was absolutely horrible. It was very oily and overcooked. Kalamari, overcooked. Halloumi sticks.. just look at the photos.. Pork souvlaki? Where do I start.. actually there are no words to describe how poorly it was. Yiayias Burger?? Which Yiayia? Definitely not someone who has a Greek Yiayia... The food this shop serves unfortunately damages the reputation of Greek cuisine. If you are looking for Greek or Cypriot cuisine then this is not the place to find that. Worst food I have eaten in England. I kid you not.

The Fat Greek is amazing. We've been quite a few times and have never been disappointed. The food is superb, and you definitely get value for money with the portion sizes. Now that Portland road has been redeveloped, it's lovely to have the choice of outdoor seating too, especially as they have a set of doors that open straight out to the street and extend the restaurant. There's a good choice of drinks on the menu too. And the kids menu, while small in choice is still enough to choose from. Our 3 year old had the fish fingers, which turned out to be 3 small fillets of fish fried in batter. The portion size was probably enough for 2 kids or 1 adult. All in all, we love it, excellent food guaranteed every time and not over priced either. We went on Thursday and for 7 of us (6 adults and 1 child) the bill came to £140, which included mains for everyone ,2 starters to share for the table and 1-2 drinks each. We will be back again for sure.

Our favorite place in Worthing! The food is amazing and the lunch deal is great! The staff is friendly and really attentive to your needs! My husband loves the chips and always tells me he can’t wait for us to go back! Too bad they don’t make deliveries!

Excellent range of gluten free options, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Regularly topped up tap water much appreciated too. Recommend the whole halloumi, the burgers and the turkey meatballs, all with tasty skin on fries.

A spacious, relaxed, friendly environment with service to match. A flyer on the table whispered to us a Greek band performs every Sunday, sounds like a tempting experience. Extensive menu choice which also caters for for children. The food was delivered swiftly by attentive staff and perfectly presented. Our Friday visit was greeted by an invitation to choose any available table which was a lovely gesture and set the tone of the experience. Will definitely visit again, very enjoyable and glad it’s in Worthing!

Walked in and loved the set up and decour of the place. The smell was amazing from the open kitchen. Service was great. Friendly staff. Polite and helpful. Food wasn't brilliant. . The humous was average and the halloumi was so overcooked. I enjoyed the pitta with the chicken, lamb and pork but again it was over cooked and quite dry. Chips were good Overall, such a shame as the venue was lovely. Maybe the cook was having an off night
