Lovely couple running the place, very friendly. Helpful and accommodating. Food good - I had Persian breakfast. All of us were happy with our choices. Tasty and healthy. Nicely presented. Prices reasonable. Felt very welcome to stay and linger over tea after eating. Will return.

Staying in Kemptown for one night and popped in to Kooshk for brunch. We had the Persian breakfast for two, which was a delicious and unique dish. Friendly staff and a quick service. Would definitely go back again if in the area.
Kooshk offers so many good things. Offering quality and good value, meals cooked with care, in a friendly atmosphere. It has it’s own distinct personality, with great attention to detail, down to uniquely decorated plates and coffee cups. Wishing you every success, a great credit to all of the family.
This was a tasty and hearty breakfast like we used to have. Waitress was very pleasant, too.
I have visited this Bella regularly with family and with friends, always excellent food and friendly service. Visited last Friday, my guest arrived 10 minutes before me was found a table, no rapport, a menu was then was put on the table, no conversation, no offer of a drink. I then arrived similar treatment, after another 10 minutes no contact whatsoever from staff, we got up and left! I have to say that I did not recognise any of the Staff, which appeared to have all changed since my last visit in August. It's very disappointing, as we have always enjoyed our visits to this Bella, not sure we'll bother to return!
Lovely clean and tidy venue. Great staff. The breakfast was very good. We had the full English and veggie breakfast. Timing was great and food was delicious. Highly recommended.
Loved this friendly breakfast, brunch and sandwich bar in Kemptown, not far from the hospital. One of the best vanilla milkshakes I've had in ages!
The toast with cheese and onion was good :) The orange juice was very fresh! Unfortunately wanted soup but they didn't have.
