Lovely service, and food. Not sure about the young ladies name (curly hair) she was very friendly and always asking if I wanted anything else. Ordered a cheese and salad sandwich, they did not skimp on ingredients.
Where can I start, the staff are amazing and very friendly, very clean café. One of the best if not the best omelette I've had in Brighton. Highly recommend for lovely food and coffee.
I visited Venus Café for the first time. Very friendly staff, cosy atmosphere. Delicious food and coffee. Interesting interior details. I recommend visiting and enjoying yourself.
Best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had! The coffee was amazing too. Super cozy vibe and really friendly staff, definitely a spot I’d come back to.
I had the Greek breakfast special. It was a nice generous portion. The feta and halloumi cheeses were lovely. The two poached eggs were delicious. The spinach with feta was nice too, as were the tomatoes. The only minor criticism was the olives being from a store-bought jar, not fresh, and the veggie sausage being cooked from frozen. Overall, good food, reasonable prices, and friendly and welcoming service. NB: the menu is up on the boards and you order at the counter.

Popped in here before heading home after a great weekend in Brighton. Warm feel to the cafe and really friendly young staff. Very much enjoyed our eggs on toast & ham & cheese omelette. Having ordered, wished I'd gone for the 'Greek breakfast. Next time for sure. Thank you.

Damn fine English breakfast with some of the best mushrooms you'll smack your lips around. Genuine pleasure to visit here for the first time and the highlight (other than the hospitable and affable staff) was the gorgeous tea pot. I shall return here, you should too.
Pleasantly surprised by this little cafe! I tend to seek quiet places to relax and enjoy breakfast or coffees and l must say Cafe Venus has now become a place l will remember to stop by more often. Prices are very good, the menu has a fair selection and the staff is very nice. The only suggestion l could make to them is to work a bit more on presentation of the dishes, maybe checking online for some ideas, no doubt they will get there. Looking forward to my next stop at Cafe Venus!
