Lovely cafe on top of the hill. The full English breakfast was very nice and tasty. The almond croissant was well presented.

A really lovely spot. Really cozy atmosphere and lots of seating. My mum and I came here for a coffee/light bite and were very pleasantly surprised with how much choice there was. She had a long black (which was the perfect size) and the spinach & feta borek, which she said was βthe nicest thing Iβve ever eatenβ. I had an almond bakewell slice and an oat-based matcha latte (which was the best Iβve had to date)! The service was great β when we arrived they were fairly busy with breakfasts (itβs obviously well loved by the locals) so they communicated this to us, and we were also informed when our food was up next. 10/10 would eat here again.

A very sumptuous vegetarian omelette with chips. Full of fresh veggies and a lovely texture. A hearty, meat-free bite full of flavor. This is my new favourite dish.

Fantastic cafe. Everything is Homemade and delicious. Good value and you can park right outside. The Greek breakfast scores 11 out 10 :)

What a lovely little cafe. I popped in for brunch and sat with my dog in the covered terrace. Scrambled eggs on sourdough with basil pesto and smoked salmon and cress was delicious and exceeded expectations in amount and quality. Excellent value and very friendly service.

Very interesting place - firstly the location which is in the middle of a suburban part of Brighton and Hove up on a hill near Dyke Road. It's on a corner and because I suppose it is also their house with the downstairs converted to a shop it gives it a pleasant homely feel. There's a largeish garden at the front with an rather striking wooden structure too which I think would be useful in wetter or colder weather than there was on our visit. There's some indoor seating but not much I think - there's also a toilet inside. There's a mixture of western and Kurdish or Kurdish influenced at least menu choices - some of the homemade cakes, pies and similar in the front cabinet looked incredible and you can obviously take them away. Our breakfast were cooked well and generous portions and I really enjoyed the omelette as well - interestingly presented as well in line with the slightly quirky nature of the place. Prices are very reasonable for the Brighton area I suppose because of it's location away from the conventional cafe areas. Strongly recommend giving this place a go especially if the weather is good and you can enjoy sitting outdoors.

Not even being dramatic I would die for this cafe - it has my whole heart. I love coming here!! I love the atmosphere, very relaxed especially when the sun is shining. Exceptional food and Small Batch roasted coffee. Best in the area for miles. Happy customer! Thanks :)
