   Had a voucher of 2 drinks for £5.99 which when I got to the till they wouldn’t let me use. First they claimed it did not work on frappes which was not stated on the terms and conditions, then claimed it had to be 2 drinks the same, then claimed it was an issue with the app and they could do nothing about it. So not only did I not get to use the voucher, I had cold food that was left on the side while they sorted this and then they made me pay twice claiming my first transaction didn’t go through but shows on my bank. Appalling service and would not recommended

   £4.45 for a medium caramel latte which is a little on the pricey side but the staff were so lovely and there is a lot of good seating with charging ports. It does get quite busy around midday to 1pm though and there may not be free tables sometimes

   Unfortunately today your staff watched and ignored a man describe how disabled people need to be put down and trans people need to be arrested so they can be r*ped to correct them. With allies like these who needs enemies. I hope the manager can read this report and reiterate the working policies regarding challenging discrimination. I will never, ever enter this place again.

   A good third of our order failed to be delivered and the coffee frappe I ordered didn't even look like one ...not a spot of squirty cream in sight. Rubbish and expensive place ...it isn't even worth as much as a 1 star rating !!!

   Now I know it's early but there was a blond women who looked miserable as he'll, not only did she forget to put my cream on top of my hot chocolate she didn't say sorry when I pointed it out........boyfriend troubles what ever,leave it at home and smile for the customer......I'll not be returning. Now I've come back there was 2 really nice staff full of smiles......get rid of the blond one as these do a brilliant job.....
