   It's conveniently located inside Tesco so when my husband and I are getting groceries, we often pop upstairs for a quick coffee. The staff are friendly and the drinks we've ordered have been consistent in taste compared to the other branches in Hove. It's cute that they do babyccinos and even better at no extra cost as our little one loves it.

   Decent sized Costa coffee, with great views across Church Road and beyond. Not as busy as the one on George Street so good for making phonecalls, as less background noise. The manager is an froth artist (see the bear on top of my flat white). Nice to sit in and watch the world go by or grab a takeout whilst you do the weekly shop
