   This review is well overdue, as we’ve been regulars at 44 Poets for quite a while now. They serve some of the most delicious coffee we’ve ever had. I usually visit with my girlfriend, and we both always go for the latte with maple syrup; it’s absolutely to die for. 44 Poets has consistently delivered the same incredible flavour every single time, making each visit just as enjoyable as the last. The staff at 44 Poets are truly wonderful. They’re talented, friendly, and always make us feel welcome, and it’s clear they treat every customer with the same warmth. They’ve built a real sense of community, and it shows. What makes 44 so special is not just the friendliness but the passion their team has; they have deep knowledge of coffee and genuinely care about the craft. 44 is always innovating with coffee from all over the world, so there’s constantly something new to try. Their coffee art is also the best we’ve seen anywhere, and they’re always happy to share expert tips for making great coffee at home. The shop itself is beautifully designed, offering both indoor and outdoor seating, so there’s always a cosy spot to enjoy your drink whatever the weather. The interior is thoughtful, calming, and perfect for unwinding. 44 Poets also offers an amazing selection of savoury and sweet treats. On the occasions we’ve tried them, like the banana bread and the chicken focaccia sandwich, they’ve been absolutely delicious. Everything is made locally, supporting independent bakers and producers, which makes it even better. If you love coffee, this place is an absolute must-visit.

   Fabulous coffee shop! Especially as the summer rolls around, this place will become my go-to stop for a morning coffee and relax. With loads of outside seating, massive open windows and airy spaces, there’s nowhere better to soak in the sun with a drink. Honestly it’s delightful! The coffee itself was some of the best in Brighton, very well made by a team of friendly baristas, exceptional latte art is always a bonus. The almond Crossiant that I had with it was pretty good too, though a touch lacking on the sweetness and texture. Otherwise though, the perfect treat for a sunny Friday morning! It’s the embodiment of a great neighbourhood and community coffee shop, with solid prices and tasty snacks and sandwiches, 44 poets was a smash hit in my books!
