A lively dog friendly pub on the corner of Hove Park, popular but still able to find seating, good selection of beers and wines, and very pleasant atmosphere.
Ordered some spicy crispy coated chicken wings and cheesy chips, didn't wait to long and was fresh, hot and delicious. Kasia and Peter, the new owners are brilliant and make you feel very welcome. Highly recommend
Under new management, currently being refurbished and already looking great. Lovely beer garden, spacious inside and out. Food will be reinstated once the full kitchen refit is complete. Now a family run local for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend.
Saw ‘Saved by the Band’ here last Saturday evening and had a very enjoyable time. Great beer, great atmosphere, people were up dancing, an all round memorable night.

This gave me feelings of being 18 again because I used to spend a lot of my time in a similar public house playing pool with my mates. Enjoyed a few drinks with my mates, playing pool. It was quiet and nobody interrupted us. A great place to enjoy pool during the week.
An absolute fantastic venue for an end of tour hosted by Stewart Mac and his band. A massive thank you to Tanya and her amazing staff for all their hard work tonight.
