    An overall lovely pub but a few things let it down. There was a choir christmas dinner eating the same time as us, they were singing at a very loud level to the point I struggled to hear my partner talk. We went to this pub for the chilled, relaxed and quiet vibe that many reviews said this pub reflected. I saw other customers getting a little frustrated too. The food was nice, and affordable. Just a shame that the atmosphere let down our time here.

    We had a Sunday roast and on another night had the awesome bangers and mash and were not disappointed with either. Omg so much food and all delish and lots of choices. Guinness gravy was excellent btw! Staff were brilliant too. Would highly recommend.

    Tried the pork belly, roast beef and mushroom spinach wellington. Good flavours on the pork belly and roast beef but the crackling was unevenly cooked which meant some parts were too hard to eat. I'd skip the mushroom wellington—not very tasty and quite dry. We enjoyed the Guinness and service.

    This pub may have the best Sunday roast in the whole of Brighton! It also has great vegetarian roast options. Looking forward to visiting during the week so that I can try the sausages.

    Amazing little pub with friendly staff. Dog friendly and some of the best pub food I've had. Amazing sausage and mash selection, and the Sunday roast is 10/10. Vegan roast with even a Yorkshire pud!

    Getting there... not so easy... BUT!! once you get there, it is fabulous!! the vibe inside is sooooooo gooooood!! variety of drinks available, sausage and mash!! extreme!!! just the right place to chill!!
