“Best Pasta in Brighton hands down!! Mama mi truly is one of Brightons best hidden gems. Giuseppe (the main man) is incredibly kind and charismatic and clearly loves what he does! The whole vibe of the restaurant is great too, really feels like you're back in Italy. The bruschetta was the tastiest I ever had in my life (I've had a lot) and the food overall was incredible! Shame about the opening hours but I heard they will do evening service once a week in winter.”

“I came for the bottomless brunch. Harri the bartender was great and made sure we always had cocktails ready to drink, there was a lovely lady called Lisa serving us. Honestly service here has always been great. I prefer the general menu to the bottomless brunch menu but that doesn’t take away from the experience at all!”

“Wonderful staff and the usual patronage / regulars are all incredibly welcoming and full of humor. Not one macro brewery to be found. All local-ish microbrews from really incredible breweries. When I return to England, even if I'm staying far from Kemptown I'm definitely popping by Hand In Hand again. Amazing!!!”

“A hidden gem of Brighton. Very first time here and didn't disappoint for choosing this place. Love craft beer and they are the best one for serving craft. Such nice selection of beers from IPA, stout, Sour, neipa etc. Good choice for cask and keg. I like the atmosphere. Not very big place but have plenty of seats. Bar guy was cool. There were board games and such nice green house plants.”

“We chose Oeuf for brunch based on its great reputation, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The cafe has a beautiful, inviting atmosphere and the decorations are a nice touch. The staff were all so welcoming and attentive, and the brunch itself was absolutely delicious. The green smoothie was a definite highlight. If you want a more relaxed experience, I'd suggest booking your visit for after 1:30 PM to avoid the busiest rush.”

“A really nice atmosphere in a lovely cozy room, with a covered beer garden outside with heat lamps. Currently they have live jazz music every Tuesday evening. I haven't tried the food though it looks nice.”

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Emily, which instantly made us feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made fresh with care. Everything was handled with smooth, effortless professionalism, from cocktail recommendations to clearing courses perfectly in sync. The food was excellent we had starters of Crispy Squid and Duck salad followed by mains of Guinea fowl cassoulet and the Queen Scallops and Prawn linguine. The Ivy Brighton delivered a sophisticated and completely flawless experience.”
