   We have used the Service Shop, Porthcawl once before to effect a repair on a Fridge Freezer which continues to work perfectly. My wife called Peter to discuss a problem with our Miele Washing Machine. He discussed the likely problem and arranged to pick it up within an hour. He also agreed to pick up and repair our Dyson Hoover. Ryan and Rhys picked them up and could not have been more helpful or professional. 4 hours later, the same day, my washing machine and Dyson were returned by Jay and Rhys in perfect working order. Refitting and connecting the washing machine was awkward but they both persevered to ensure it was installed correctly with no leaks. Throughout this time they were extremely patient and determined to complete the installation to the highest standard. Outstanding service. Peter could not have been more helpful and his technicians are extremely high calibre. We highly recommend The Service Shop, Porthcawl, for exceptional standards or workmanship and customer service.

   I can't recommend The Service Shop highly enough! When my expensive tumble dryer stopped turning, I contacted them on a Friday afternoon. Peter, who was incredibly kind and helpful, arranged for a team to pick up the dryer on Monday. Within an hour of collecting it, they had diagnosed the problem, provided a clear and fair price, and by Tuesday the dryer was back home working perfectly. The whole team was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. The service was top-notch from start to finish — definitely a five-star experience!

They offered a free diagnostic service and called me within an hour to tell me the issue and cost to repair. We decided to go ahead and it was all fixed and returned by lunch time.    The Service Shop Ltd were an absolute lifesaver when my washing machine broke down. They were able to book me in quickly, collected it from me, and offered a free diagnostic service, which was a huge help. Once they identified the problem, they provided me with a reasonable quote on the spot and even offered to drop it back immediately if I decided not to go forward with the repair — but I chose to let them fix it, and it was all done and back with me within hours! The price was more than fair — honestly, I’d gladly pay more for service this good. The team were friendly, efficient, and kept me informed every step of the way. I’m really happy with their service and I’ll definitely be using them again if I need repairs in the future.
