Helpful staff, not hovered over which was great but asked once if we were ok and then left until we needed something. Able to answer questions we had and helped us narrow down our options. Easiest purchase ever, did look online at other retailers, but this was easy to go and view options physically as buying online just wasn't working for us.

They tried up selling me even though this was impractical for my needs. When asking about the product they didn't really have any knowledge. I think people go to a store for that personal touch, to be able to speak to a human being to help with your decision making. Could of just gone online and would have had more information about product spec. If we want to save our stores stores need to raise their game!

Was in Curryβs PC World Bridgend today wanting to buy a laptop for university as got my old one from there. They were brilliant and gave me educational discount with being a student. Today was a quick sale and got the laptop I wanted, however, the customer service was not the best. The store seemed to be short staffed as I had to wait 15 minutes for a member of staff to find someone to come and help me. I was not upsold at all, and I was not questioned about what the laptop was going to be used for or what I wanted the laptop to do. It was as if they didnβt care and wanted a quick sale. The laptop I wanted was apparently in clearance and they gave me the laptop off the shelf that was modelling in store. However, with it being the last one they had, they couldnβt give me the box for the laptop and as a university student, there was no educational discount and no discount with it being on clearance either. So I was quite disappointed having to pay full price.

Salesman very helpful. Sorted price delivery and installation without any problem. Gave a good deal on insurance cover. Don't normally buy it. But we seem to go through irons rapidly. Oven was a neff quite expensive so done deal on this to cover for 5 years.

Wonderful service! Ordered a new dishwasher online on Thursday, was told it would be delivered the next day. Sure enough it was delivered and fitted in less than half an hour on Friday. I did not have to do any hand washing up as the new dishwasher was good to go so quickly. Thank you to the two men who delivered and fitted it.

arrived at store to buy two small items,found my items the proceeded to the checkout with nobody to be seen to pay.waited ten minutes and another lady with a purchase also lined up behind me still no staff.another ten minutes an employee turns up carrying a laptop. i jokingly said everything free today? after a scowl he said "ill get someone now' the proceeded to talk to the customer who belonged to the laptop.after another five minutes of being ignored i left and went next door to Tescos for some reliable service.

Very quiet day but Christine, one of the sales ladies was attentive without being pushy. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I am awaiting delivery of a Washer dryer and a counter freezer, at the moment, a very satisfied customer.

Excellent service today when returning faulty microwave. Exchange sorted very quickly. Help was available to carry to and from car. Staff were very friendly. One star taken off for the customer service line initially phoned. Unable to have a conversation with the agent easily so went to the shop.
