Coles is excellent - they even lent me a car and did some quick work without charging me! What service! (but I am a regular so it it wouldn't be realistic for everyone to expect the same thing!)
I have used Coles for regular servicing and MOT testing of my Audi A3 for several years and never been disappointed. The staff are courteous and friendly, and give clear explanations of any faults found and recommended extra work. I will continue to use them in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them.

What a fabulous experience, having ended our service contract we were looking for a local garage for servicing and MOT. From our initial enquiry the service was personable and efficient. Our car was well looked after, air con re-gas, service and MOT and a courtesy car. Such pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend.
The brake pad wear warning light came on, so I phoned Coles to get the pads and discs replaced on all 4 wheels. I mentioned that I was attending a meeting at Tottington Manor the next day, but thought that would be too short a notice. To my surprise they said they could do it the next day, which saved me a 100 mile round trip, and they did it by lunch time! Brilliant. Thank you.
You know the measure of a company’s service on how they deal with things when things go wrong. I have been really impressed with the customer service, always via Richard, especially with the first used car i bought from them: their no quibble warrantee is the best on the market. I’m onto my second used car from them now and feel really happy to have such a good company on side over the past five years.

Coles is by far the nicest est and most reliable garage I have ever used. They take care of you very well. they call you before doing the repairs and they inform you of what needs doing now and the things that can wait, then its your choice. They are friendly and knowledgable, they advise and don't take advantage of customers. I like them so much that my next car purchase, I will do it through them as I trust then to tell me if a vehicle is worthy or not. Oh I almost forgot, you can get a courtesy car while you car gets fixed.
.It was MOT time for my little silver MG so I took it to Coles in Edburton, 4 miles south of Henfield under the Downs. I received outstandingly good service. First they ran me home to Henfield. Then some work had to be done on the 19- year old car (expected ) They explained things clearly, treated me with courtesy, rang me when ready, offered to pick me up, and explained what had been done and why ( it involved welding on a sill) . I felt throughout that I had been treated fairly by skilled professionals. Thank you Dave, Ben and colle agues at Coles, who are thoroughly recommended for a fair and safe deal.
